I’m highly interested in learning more about the digital donor wall services you provide. My organization is considering a re-design of our existing donor wall as it is extremely expensive and time consuming to update. We would like to be more progressive with a new design, while being cost effective and environmentally friendly. I’d love to schedule a site visit for sometime in the next week or two so you can take a look at the space and we can share ideas and I can put together a proposal with a bid to present to my ‘higher-ups’.

Dear Randy and Kimberly,
I am writing to thank you both for everything you have done for Self Enhancement, Inc. and to fill you in on what we have been doing with our brand new digital donor wall since its completion. You helped our organization realize something far greater than we originally anticipated.
Many months ago a co-worker and I were sharing our mutual feelings of dread over updating our existing donor wall and he casually blurted out how cool it would be if the wall were digital. At this point, a new wall was just a fantasy, but it piqued my interest enough to see if digital donor walls existed. I did a quick search, found EcoDigital Media and figured I owed it to myself to satisfy my curiosity. Next thing I know, I’m meeting with the two of you a week later. You not only answered my vast amount of questions, but you planted a wealth of ideas in my head. Once I realized the limitless capabilities digital signage could provide us, it became my mission to have a re-design project approved.
The concept was an easy sell; but the challenge of a non-profit always comes down to budget. I thank you both profusely for your patience and creative solutions for helping us realize our vision while remaining within a strict and conservative budget. The new donor wall is both beautiful and engaging. Here is how we have used it thus far:
- Showcased our Live Auction Items and Raffle Packages for our major fundraiser
- Custom welcome screens for donors, guest speakers and tour groups
- Annual donor acknowledgment
- Board of Directors and Executive Team with photos and short bios
- Employee and Student of the month
- Agency announcements
- Quarterly Honor Roll recognition
The Center for Self Enhancement is a thriving hub of activity, and visually sharing who we are and what we do with the visiting public the instant they come in the door has been amazing. The staff now enthusiastically shares photos, stories, news and announcements and our kids are thrilled when they recognize their faces on the wall. I can’t thank you both enough for making this vision a reality. Working with you has been such a pleasure and you delivered exactly what you promised. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily recommend your services.
